My program, the 5 Day Total Body Reset is designed to help you ‘reset' your body and mind when you know you need to change your diet and lifestyle, but don’t know how to start. As a busy mum of school aged kids, I find it hard to prioritise my health sometimes and I know you feel the same. This is your opportunity to start off your health journey, with support from me. It is the perfect opportunity to introduce whole foods into your diet - and it is only for 5 days! that seems pretty achievable, doesn’t it?

Q: Who is the 5 Day Full Body Reset For?

A: It is for people who are feeling tired, bloated, sluggish and just ‘yuck’ wanting to get started on eating a wholefoods diet to feel great but don't know where to begin

Q: Is the program recorded?

Yes the daily videos are pre-recorded so you can watch and follow in your own time

Q. I am working next week, will the meal plan suit me?

A: I have made the meal plan suitable for busy people! The dinner recipes include extra servings for lunch the following day. They just need to be reheated. This is to save time. The snacks can be prepared the night before or in the morning and put into a lunchbox ready to eat on the go. You will receive the meal plan and shopping list before day 1 so you can get organised for the week ahead

Q: Will I need any special ingredients or appliances?

A: No, you will not need any special ingredients or appliances. All recipes call for ingredients that can be purchased from your local supermarket

Q: Why only 5 days?

A: 5 days is a completely doable length of time for most. It is done from Monday to Friday - so you don't need to miss out on dinner with friends on Saturday night or that Sunday morning coffee with brunch! If you wish to continue for longer, you can repeat the program for another 5 days too

Q: What will I need to give up?

A: For the 5 days, you will need to eliminate gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine and alcohol for the best results

Q; Do I really need to give up my morning coffee?

A: Yes you do for the best results. It's only for a week - you can do it!

Q: I have food intolerances, can I still participate?

A: Sure, the recipes can be modified to your needs.

Q: I would like to join but I am worried I will get headaches from going cold turkey from sugar.

A: There is a chance you will get headaches and other detox symptoms - but these will usually last 2-3 days max. After that, you will feel great, so it will be worth it. I will also give you the tools to get through the detox symptoms making you more comfortable.

Q: I am a vegetarian, will there be recipes for me?

A: Yes there will be a selection of recipes that can be modified

Q: Do I need to join the Facebook group?

A: No you do not need to join the group, everything is done through the portal. Although, the Facebook group will give you the opportunity to have support from me and others in the group participating in the program.
